Sound has a unique way of helping us slow down.
My sound therapy sessions use the tones and vibrations of therapeutic sound instruments, including singing bowls, to create an immersive experience designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness.
Sessions are offered for private groups, corporations, offices, retreats, schools, organizations, wellness events, and community spaces, and can be customized to fit the environment and needs of each group.
Rather than asking you to force yourself to relax or “clear your mind,” my approach is centered around awareness without force. You’re invited to simply notice the sounds, sensations, thoughts, and feelings that arise while giving your body and mind space to slow down.
Depending on the experience, I may incorporate meditation, intentional breathing, aromatherapy, and herbal elements to create a multi-sensory wellness experience.
Benefits of Sound Therapy
Sound therapy may help support:
Deep relaxation: Create space for physical and mental rest.
Stress reduction: Encourage a calmer state and provide a break from daily demands.
Nervous system awareness: Become more aware of how your body responds to stress, stillness, and relaxation.
Mindfulness: Use sound as an anchor for becoming more present.
Improved sleep and rest: Relaxation practices may support healthier rest and sleep.
Mental clarity & focus: Create a quiet space to step away from distractions and reset.
Emotional wellbeing: Give yourself space to slow down, process, and reconnect with yourself.
Mood support: Intentional relaxation and mindfulness can contribute to an overall sense of wellbeing.
Self-awareness: Develop a deeper awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.
Connection & restoration: Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to yourself.
You don’t have to know how to meditate.
You don’t have to clear your mind, sit perfectly still, or make anything happen.
Allow the sound to create the space, and let your experience unfold naturally.

In a world full of distractions, stress, and constant stimulation, I believe we all need a place to pause.
For me, meditation is about creating a positive escape, a space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. It’s not about running away from your thoughts or pretending that difficult things don’t exist. It’s about giving your mind somewhere healthy to rest.
My approach to meditation is welcoming and accessible. You don’t need to clear your mind, sit perfectly still, or have years of experience. Through guided meditation, mindfulness, visualization, and intentional stillness, I help you create moments where you can slow down, reset, and simply be present.
Sessions are available one-on-one, virtually, in groups, and as customized experiences for offices, schools, retreats, organizations, and wellness events. Sessions can also incorporate sound, aromatherapy, crystals, calming music, breathwork, and other elements depending on the experience.
